Psychology Research Poster Conference 2022

The Psychology Research Poster Conference is an event jointly organised by the Department of Psychology of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) and the Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS), which aims to provide an opportunity for psychology students and practitioners to showcase their research works via poster presentations and come together for professional exchange.

Aiming at fostering professionalism, awareness, and practicality in psychology, we cordially invite psychology undergraduate/postgraduate students, scholars, and practitioners to present their research works to the community, and participants to join us to learn about the trends in the field and recognise the presenters' hard work. 

All members of the general public are welcome to join us as audience.

Information About the Conference

  • Date: 20 August 2022

  • Time: 09:30-13:00 (HKT)

  • Theme: Contributions of Psychological Research and Practice to Societies (all fields of psychology are welcome)

  • Fee: Free of charge to join as a presenter or audience.

  • Format: Online via Gathertown (https://www.gather.town/)

  • Conference Highlight: Posters Exhibition (poster list to be updated on 15 August) and Keynote speeches (Details in Program Rundown)

  • Psychology Undergraduates / Postgraduates / Professionals (Practitioners and Scholars) are eligible to join as presenters.

  • Prizes Categories: Undergraduates / Postgraduates / Professionals (Practitioners and Scholars).

  • Grading Criteria:

    • Research Idea 

    • Methodology and Analysis 

    • Poster Design

    • Poster Presentation 

    • Q&A 

  • Prizes (for each category):

    • Winner: $1000 HKD

    • 1st Runner-up: $800 HKD

    • 2nd Runner-up: $500 HKD
